Very cute and cozy place. Everything was exceptional. Positive: Quiet and clean

Nice stay. Positive: Location to Monticello is excellent. The unit was just as described and pictured. I was concerned with the room being in the basement of the property. I have severe allergies and asthma but there was a large dehumidifier in the room and I did not experience any issues. The small kitchen was very nice. Negative: The driveway is a little tricky entering and leaving.

This is a great value for a one or two night visit to the city or especially to Monticello. Positive: It’s cleanliness and order was exceptional Negative: Bed was a bit smushy, though we recognize that this is a subjective area. Also we didn’t quite understand ahead that this was a basement studio with very little outside light.

Beautiful spot close to UVA, quiet, well-run, eager to return! Positive: Absolutely beautiful site in the hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very quiet. Very nice outdoor spots for hanging out. Very comfortable bed, linens. Great attention from manager.
