Sonsak - Lower Level, Unit 5

This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future.

Great location, close to everything. Positive: The location was outstanding, and the amenities were good. Negative: The one big negative for me and my wife was that the bed was terrible. Other than that there were only some minor glitches. The shower gel dispenser didn’t work. The shampoo and conditioner work but not the body wash. The coffee maker needs to be updated to a Keurig or something. Everything else was very nice.

Relaxing hassle free stay

A good spot for our travels down to Virginia, clean and comfortable. Positive: Great location for visiting Monticello. Negative: Disappointed no local eating places for the Thursday evening. Michie Tavern not open every evening and no gluten free options when it did open on the Thursday night … but they had a quiz night on which was fun and a good atmosphere. Not as quiet second night with noise from upstairs. Sound of water gushing every few hours through the night!
